摘要
目的:探讨高职院校教师心理契约与职业倦怠的关系以及工作满意度在其中所起的中介作用。方法:采用教师职业倦怠量表、心理契约问卷、工作满意度问卷对402名高职院校教师进行团体施测。结果:①心理契约与职业倦怠呈显著负相关,心理契约对职业倦怠存在显著性负向预测作用;②工作满意度在心理契约与职业倦怠之间的部分中介效应显著,中介效应占总效应的比例为65.65%。结论:心理契约可以预测职业倦怠倾向,低心理契约更容易职业倦怠;工作满意度在心理契约与职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用。
Objective: To explore the relationship among psychological contract and job burnout and the mediating effect of job satisfaction.Methods: A total of 402 vocational and technical college teachers were investigated by Maslach Burnout Inventory,Psychological Contract Questionnaires,and Job Satisfaction Questionnaires.Results: ①Psychological contract was significantly negatively related to job burnout and psychological contract could predict job burnout negatively.②The mediatory effect between psychological contract and job burnout was significant,and proportion of mediatory effect in total effect was 65.65%.Conclusion: Psychological contract could predict job burnout negatively and teachers of low psychological contract were more easily to get job burnout;Job satisfaction mediated the relationship between psychological contract and job burnout.
