摘要
目的:本研究运用内容分析的方法,对罗杰斯三个不同时代工作的案例进行分析,探究罗杰斯在其临床实践中,理论与实践的结合情况及在不同时期的发展变化。方法:本研究基于罗杰斯的心理治疗理论构建了一套编码系统,据此分析了个案中罗杰斯的反应方式,并予以汇总统计。结果:研究最终发现,罗杰斯的反应绝大多数(90%以上)直接展现了"共情、真诚、无条件积极关注"三大充分必要条件,其中共情和真实一致这两类反应更是达到了75%以上。结论:罗杰斯在临床实践中始终忠实于自己的理论和信念,而随着时间的流逝,其反应方式更加多元和平衡。
Objective： Used content analysis of three cases conducted by Carl Rogers in different phases to investigate how his clinical practice was guided by his theory and how his practice developed across the phases.Methods： The coding system was established based on Rogers＇ psychotherapy theory and it then was used to analyze the responding modes among three cases.Results： Most of Rogers＇ responses（more than 90%） belonged to one of the three sufficient therapeutic conditions known as ＂Empathy,Genuine,and Unconditional positive regard＂,among which the percentage of empathy responds and genuine responds had reached more than 75%.Conclusion： Rogers did exactly as what his theory and belief claimed in his clinical practice.As time went by,Rogers＇ responds were shown as more diverse and balanced.
