水提取—铬天青S法快速测定粉丝中铝的研究

Study on rapid determination of alminum in vermicelli by chrome azuron S method after water extration

建立仅用水作为溶剂提取粉丝中的铝,再以铬天青S法分析的方法。以铝提取率为指标,考察温度、酸度、提取时间对铝提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取条件为20.0 mL水溶液内加体积分数为50%的硫酸1.00 mL、水浴温度100℃、水浴时间35 min;其RSD%为1.82%,平均回收率为95.7%,与国标中电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行配对t检验无显著性差异。该法简单、快速、准确,可用于粉丝中铝的测定。

A rapid determination method by chrome azuron S method for alminum in vermicelli after water extration was established.The experimental main factors were analyzed：Reaction temperature,acid concentration,water extraction time.The optimum water extraction conditions were bath temperature 100 ℃,50%（V/V）sulfuric acid 1.00 mL added into 20.0 mL water solution,water extraction time 35 min.The RSD% of method was 1.82%,the average recovery was 95.7%,the paired t test with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（ICP-MS）of the national standard was no significant difference.The method is simple,fast,accurate and can be used for the determination of aluminum in vermicelli.
