自顶向下的旋转阀参数化设计

3D modeling of rotary valve based on SolidWorks top-down technology

以SolidWorks为设计平台,提出一种新的自顶向下的装配体设计方法,实现YCD-H系列旋转阀的参数化建模。该方法以箱体为驱动零件,其他零件为从动零件,随着箱体的变化而自动变化。最后,通过系列零件设计表得到箱体系列,从而自动得到装配体系列。

Regarding SolidWorks as the platform,a new way of top-down designing was proposed.In this method,box was built independently and other parts were made by association design and automatically varied with changes of the box.Based on the series designing table,the series of box were created.Finally,parametric models of YCD-H series rotary valve were obtained automatically and quickly.
