摘要
为解决当前面粉生产过程中包装速度快时难以保证包装精度的难题,以PLC控制技术为中心,将自动化技术、计算机技术、网络通信技术和多媒体技术对传统的面粉包装控制系统进行改造,给出了一个集检测、控制、监控管理等功能于一体,能够根据包装重量等级自动调节给料电机速度及给料阀门开度大小的面粉包装智能控制系统,实现高精度定量称量和高效率自动包装。
In order to solve the problem that the quick packing speed is difficult to control the packing precision in flour producing,the PLC control technology was taken as a center.Applies the automated technology,the computer technology,the network service technology and the multimedia technologies to have transformed the traditional flour packing control system,has given a intelligent controlling system of flour packaging which has a set of detection,control,monitoring and management functions in a body.It can automatically adjust the feeder＇s speed and the material valve＇s opening size,and have realized the high accuracy quota weighing and the high efficiency automatic packaging.
