摘要
以钛酸丁酯为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了N,Fe共掺杂TiO2催化剂.用扫描电镜(SEM)、差热热重(TG-DTA)和红外光谱(RT-IR)等方法对其进行表征.以液化石油气中主要成分低级烃类的消除反应为模式反应,评价催化剂在紫外光照下的光催化性能.实验表明,该催化剂对丙烷、丙烯、异丁烷、异丁烯等有良好的光催化活性,消除效果依次是:丙烷>丙烯>异丁烯>异丁烷.
Using Ti(OC4H9)4 as the main raw material,N,Fe co-doped TiO2 photo catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method.The catalyst was characterized by SEM,TG-DTA and FT-IR.The photocatalytic eliminations of light hydrocarbons that are major components of liquified petroleum gas were used as the model reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst under ultraviolet light irradiation.The results show that the N,Fe/TiO2 catalyst has good photocatalytic activity for elimination of light hydrocarbons.The order of elimination rate is propanepropyleneisobutyleneisobutene.
