餐厨垃圾与污泥联合两步厌氧发酵产酸阶段条件优化试验 被引量:11

摘要 以污水处理厂活性污泥为接种物,以餐厨垃圾为发酵底物进行两步厌氧发酵产气试验,考察了产酸阶段初始pH值、温度及发酵物的预处理方法对两步发酵产气的影响.结果表明,产酸阶段的初始pH值以5.0最佳,气体的累计产气量最大,为13.69 mL.g-1TVS,产酸阶段的温度以65℃最佳,产气的累计产气量最大,为74.35 mL.g-1TVS.热预处理的累计产气量高于酸处理、碱处理,为172.38 mL.g-1TVS,分别是酸预处理和碱预处理的1.85倍及1.65倍. The effects of initial pH and pretreatment methods of fermentative substrates as well as temperature at acidogenic phase of a two stage anaerobic fermentation process on the biogas production were investigated at the laboratory scale using the mixture of kitchen residue and sewage sludge as the substrate and the heat-treated sewage sludge as the inoculum.The results showed that the optimal initial pH for substrate and temperature at the acidogenic phase were 5.0(with a cumulative biogas yield of 13.69 mL·g-1 TVS) and 65 ℃(with a cumulative biogas yield of 74.35 mL·g-1 TVS),respectively.The biogas production after heat pretreatment of fermentative substrate was 172.38 mL·g-1 TVS,which was 1.85 times and 1.65 times higher than those of sodium hydroxide pretreatment and hydrochloric acid pretreatment,respectively.
