The paper summed up the great achievements and successful experiences of the nationwide voluntary tree planting in past 30 years,National eco-awareness has increased significantly over the effectiveness of afforestation and the rapid development of urban greening.It analysizes the concept of voluntary tree planting under the new situation,meaning unclear,uneven obligations.Proposed to further promote the ideas and measures to further clarify the concept,content,expanding the duties in the form,enhancing to create various types of carriers.
