农户参与公益林建设意愿影响因素的实证分析——基于广西、湖南、河南3省调查问卷

Empirical Analysis of Factors Influencing on Households’ Willingness of Participating in the Construction of PBW——Based on Field Survey in Guangxi,Hunan and Henan

农户参与和积极配合国家的公益林建设保护政策,是公益林建设的基本保证。文章以广西、湖南、河南3省6县18个村的实地调研数据为基础,运用多分类Logistic回归分析方法分析了农户参与生态公益林建设意愿的影响因素,结果表明：农户普遍支持生态公益林建设,但认为目前的生态补偿标准过低,补偿机制不完善。回归结果显示,家庭耕地面积和家庭现金收入对农户参与生态公益林建设意愿具有显著影响。

The participation and cooperation of peasant households is important for the construction of PBW.This paper is basing on the data which is comes from the survey of 3 provinces of China（Guangxi,Hunan,Henan）,By using Multinomial Logistic regression analysis method to investigate the main factors in constructing public benefit wood,and the paper concludes that the majority of peasant households support the construction of PBW,but they think that the criterion of payment is low and the area and income of peasant households had great influence on peasant households＇ willingness of participating in the construction of PBW.
