糖脉康联合卡托普利对糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白的影响

Effect of Tangmaikang Combined with Captopril on Microalbuminuria in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察糖脉康颗粒联合卡托普利对糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法:100例患者随机均分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组接受卡托普利(25mg,tid)治疗;观察组接受糖脉康颗粒(5g,tid)联合卡托普利(25mg,tid)治疗。治疗4周后,观察患者尿微量白蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后血糖的变化。结果:2组治疗后,观察组各项指标均较治疗前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后患者尿微量白蛋白和餐后血糖较治疗前有显著变化(P<0.05),但空腹血糖变化无统计学差异(P>0.05);2组治疗后效果比较,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖脉康颗粒联合卡托普利治疗糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白效果优于单用卡托普利。

OBJECTIVE：To observe the effect of Tangmaikang granules combined with captopril on microalbuminuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy.METHODS：100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group received captopril（25 mg,tid） and observation group received Tangmaikang granules（5 g,tid） combined with captopril（25 mg,tid）.The microalbuminuria（mAlb）,fasting blood glucose（FBG） and postprandial blood glucose（PBG） were observed after 4 weeks of treatment.RESULTS：After treatment,laboratory index of observation group were improved significantly,there was significant difference（P0.05）.mAlb and PBG of control group was improved significantly after treatment（P0.05）.But there was no significant difference in FBG（P0.05）.After treatment,clinical efficacy of observation group was better than that of control group（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Tangmaikang granules combined with captopril is better than captopril alone in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
