不同剂型茵栀黄治疗新生儿黄疸的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Different Dosage Forms of Yinzhihuang for Neonatal Jaundice

目的:比较茵栀黄颗粒剂和茵栀黄注射剂治疗新生儿黄疸的成本-效果。方法:通过比较茵栀黄颗粒剂和茵栀黄注射剂治疗新生儿黄疸以及所发生的药品不良反应的直接成本、间接成本、隐性成本,评估患者的治疗效果和医疗成本。结果:用茵栀黄颗粒剂和茵栀黄注射剂治疗新生儿黄疸,治疗效果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。使用茵栀黄注射剂的治疗成本为2576.41元,而使用茵栀黄颗粒剂的治疗成本为2226.37元,节省350.04元,并且依从性提高、不良反应发生率降低。结论:在不影响安全和疗效的前提下用茵栀黄颗粒剂治疗新生儿黄疸比用茵栀黄注射剂费用更低。

OBJECTIVE：To compare the cost and effectiveness of Yinzhihuang granules and Yinzhihuang injection in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.METHODS：The direct costs,indirect costs and implicit costs of Yinzhihuang granules and Yinzhihuang injections in the treatment of neonatal jaundice were compared to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and medical costs.RESULTS：There was no significant difference in therapeutic efficacy between Yinzhihuang granules and Yinzhihuang injections in the treatment of neonatal jaundice（P0.05）.The cost of Yinzhihuang injection was 2 576.41 yuan and that of Yinzhihuang granules was 2 226.37 yuan.Yinzhihuang granules not only saved 350.04 yuan but also improved compliance of patients and decreased the incidence of adverse drug reactions.CONCLUSION：The cost of Yinzhihuang granules is lower than that of Yinzhihuang injection in the treatment of neonatal jaundice when the safety and therapeutic efficacy of therapy maintain.
