多潘立酮致心律失常1例并文献分析

Literature Analysis of 1 Case of Arrhythmia Induced by Domperidone

目的:探讨多潘立酮致心律失常发作的临床特点及原因,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:报道我院口服多潘立酮致心律失常、兴奋感1例,并通过检索1995-2010年国内医药期刊报道的相关文献进行综合分析。结果:综合文献报道及我院1例多潘立酮致心律失常共3例患者的一般情况、给药方法及剂量、发生时间、处理及结果,所有患者均为口服多潘立酮后出现心律失常,经停药或对症治疗后均缓解。结论:多潘立酮致心律失常、兴奋感的不良反应较少见,但仍应引起临床重视。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the clinical characteristics and causes of domperidone-induced arrhythmia,and to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic.METHODS：One case of arrhythmia and excitation possibly linked to oral domperidone use reported in our hospital was analyzed.Literatures about domperidone-induced arrhythmia and excitation reported in domestic pharmaceutical journals from 1995 to 2010 were collected and analyzed statistically.RESULTS：The clinical information of arrhythmia cases reported in our hospital and literatures were analyzed as well as usage and dosage,onset time,treatment method and efficacy.All patients suffered from arrythmia after oral administration of domperidone,after withdrawal or symptomatic treatment were both relieved.CONCLUSION：Domperidone-induced arrhythmia and excitation is rare while great importance should be attached to it.
