摘要
本文通过对4 590 车位汽车运输船实船结构设计的介绍,初步探讨了汽车运输船结构强度中存在的问题及其解决方法。其中包括初步设计时船体静水弯矩确定、纵向构件的局部载荷取法、船体骨架形式的选定、高强度钢应用、车辆甲板桁材系统设计以及风管处甲板开口的加强等。本文还着重介绍了一种船体处于歪斜状态下的疲劳问题的简化计算方法。
Based on the introduction to the structure design of the 4 590 car carrier, the paper studied the problems about the structure strength of this car carrier and their solutions. It includes the definition of still water bending moment of hull in initial design, the definition of local loading applied on longitudinal members, the selection of frame systems, application of high tensile steel, the design of car deck girder system and strengthening of the deck opening at the vent etc. Also the paper emphatically introduces a simplified calculation method for the fatigue problem when the hull is in racking condition.
