均压环安装错误对电场分布的影响 被引量:1

The Different Electric Field Distributions in the Case of Error Installation of Corona Ring

摘要 复合绝缘子的结构特点导致其电位分布不均匀,两端金具附近具有强电场区。某供电公司因为施工中的错误安装,导致110kV的复合绝缘子均压环安装在端部护套上,运行中发生绝缘子均压环对端部金具的放电。本文对这种错误安装均压环的110kV复合绝缘子电场进行了计算,结果表明采用错误的安装方式时,电场畸变较为严重,其最大电场远远超过了硅橡胶表面能承受的最大场强,导致出现放电烧蚀现象,强电场加速了复合绝缘子有机硅橡胶的老化。 Due to the geometry configure of composite insulator,the two metal electrodes bring high electric field area near the ends of the insulator.Because of errors in the installation of a 110kV composite insulators on the end pressure ring jacket,discharge took place from Insulator pressure rings to end fittings.In this paper,electric field of 110kV composite insulator was calculated about the mistaken installed pressure ring.The result indicates that the electric field distortion by the installation of the wrong way is more serious than normal,which is far more than the maximum electric field the surface of silicone rubber can withstand.Finally,It leads to discharge ablation phenomenon,and strong electric field accelerate aging of the composite silicone rubber insulators.
