摘要
铸钢冷却壁作为换代高炉冷却壁,它与铸铁冷却壁相比有着本质上的性能提升。介绍了铸钢冷却壁铸造过程中各工序的要点,并针对冷却壁热面砖槽造型、冷却水管防熔穿措施和浇注过程控制等铸造难点给出了多种工艺方案,并通过生产实践证明了工艺方案的可行性。
As an updated cooling stave for blast furnace,the steel cooling stave has essential performance improvements compared with the iron cooling stave.The key points of each process steps in casting of steel cooling stave were presented and multiple solutions were given to the foundry difficulties such as brick trench's moulding,cooling pipes' meltdown-proof measures and pouring process control.These solutions are proved to be feasible through the successful manufacture.
