摘要
通过对铬球铁曲轴与各种材质的曲轴在性能、生产成本、铸造工艺性等方面进行对比,以及理论分析,论述了铬球铁应用于曲轴的优势。通过长期的试验研究,完全解决了铬球铁的生产技术问题,证明了铬球铁是取代合金钢,制造大马力曲轴的首选材料。
The performances,production cost and casting ability of Cr-ductile iron crankshaft were compared with that of crankshafts made by other materials.Through theoretical analysis,the advantage of Cr-ductile iron crankshaft was discussed.The technological problems in production of Cr-ductile iron crankshaft were solved through a long time experimental investigation,and Cr-ductile iron is proved to be the preferred material to replace the alloy steel for manufacturing of high-powered crankshaft.
