摘要 针对发动机排气系统的红外辐射特性的研究,以飞机发动机排气系统流场数值计算数据为基础,考虑燃气主要成分H2O、CO2的吸收和发射影响,利用离散传递法求解非均匀介质中辐射传输方程,对喷管热空腔辐射、喷气流辐射和热空腔-喷气流组合辐射在2.667-5μm波长范围内的红外辐射强度进行数值仿真,计算所得的红外辐射强度与实测结果一致,并证明采用的计算方法和开发的计算程序的正确性,具有工程应用价值。 According to the study on the infrared radiation characteristics of the aero-engine exhaust system,based on the calculating data of flow field of the aero-engine exhaust system,taking the principal parts of the engine's gas,H2O and CO2,into account,using the discrete transfer method to solve radiative transfer equation with inhomogeneous medium.The numerical simulation of infrared radiant intensity in the wavelength range of 2.667~5μm from hot nozzle cavity,jet stream and cavity-jet stream has been conducted.The calculated infrared intensity agrees with the result of the experiment.And the proposed method and the autonomous development compute program are consistent.The computational method and the code are valuable in engineering application.
