摘要 研究主动磁悬浮轴承转子位置高性能控制问题。针对主动磁悬浮轴承因受模型摄动与外界干扰等呈现出的复杂非线性导致传统滑模控制抖振严重的问题,为提高系统转子位置控制精度以及鲁棒性,提出用模糊滑模变结构控制来提高磁悬浮轴承系统控制精度与鲁棒性。算法采用等效滑模控制器来准确跟踪磁悬浮轴承转子位置,用模糊控制改善与消除滑模抖振问题。通过对单自由度主动磁悬浮轴承的建模进行仿真测试,结果表明,所设计的模糊滑模控制器能够在外界干扰下有效提高控制系统精度,精确跟踪轴承转子位置,并且控制性能比传统滑模控制好,具有实际应用价值。 A fuzzy sliding model control strategy is proposed to solve the buffeting problem of the traditional sliding model to improve the control accuracy and robustness and get satisfied performance in the active magnetic suspension bearing system.First,the equivalent sliding model controller was adopted to track the reference of the rotor position in the magnetic suspension bearing;then the fuzzy control method was combined with the sliding model control to eliminate the buffeting problem.The simulations of the single freedom active magnetic bearing were implemented in this work.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed controller is effective for the active magnetic bearing and hence has application importance.
