摘要
以丙烯海松酸新戊二醇酯(ANGE)、聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)、丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯(HPA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,制备了ANGE-PCDL型水性聚氨酯分散体(WPU);滴加丙烯酸酯单体到WPU中,得到了PCDL-ANGE型水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液(WPUA)。讨论了DMPA含量、nANGE/nPCDL、丙烯酸酯单体含量等因素对WPUA乳液及胶膜性能的影响,并进行了乳液TEM表征及胶膜ATR红外分析。结果表明,当DMPA质量分数为5.5%、nANGE/nPCDL为1∶3、丙烯酸酯单体质量分数为33.3%时,WPUA乳液及胶膜性能较好。
Acrylpimaric acid neopentyl glyol ester-polycarbonate diols based waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was prepared with hydroxyl-terminated acrylpimaric acid neopentyl glyol ester (ANGE), polycarbonate diols (PC- DL), acrylic-β-hydroxypropyl(HPA), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), then dropping methyl methacrylate into WPU to get ANGE-PCDL based waterborne polyurethane-acrylate hybrid e- mulsion(WPUA). The effect of content of DMPA, nANGE/nPCDL and acrylate content on performance of WPUA hybrid emulsion and film was discussed, as well as emulsion and film properties were performed by TEM and ATR. The result showed that WPUA had better emulsion and film properties when DMPA content, nANGE/nPCDL and acrylate content were 5.5%, 1:3 and 33.3%, respectively.
