摘要
通过阐述灌区交接断面测流数据信息化的重要性和必要性,探讨建设传输平台简易,造价低,易为中小灌区采用的采集、存储及应用的信息化管理系统的可行性。详细介绍了灌区交接断面测流信息化技术实施方案和工程实例,应用实例验证:基于GPRS通信平台的测流信息化技术应用,运行成本低,能够有效地提高灌区水资源的利用率和用水管理效率。
On basis of an explanation on the significance and necessity of informatization of discharge data for connection section in irrigated area,the paper focuses on discussing the establishment of simple and low-cost transmission platform as well as the feasibility of information management system of data acquisition,storage and application for middle and small scale irrigated area.A detailed description is made on executive plan and case study of information technology of discharge measurement for connection section in irrigated area.The application proves that information technology for discharge measurement based on GPRS communication platform is of low operation cost,thus can effectively improve utilization ratio of water resources and water management efficiency in irrigated area.
