摘要
讨论了目前通常采用的控制方法,深入分析了水位对象模型的动静特性。首先从锅炉汽包内水的热平衡、物质平衡原理出发,推导出了用来描述锅炉水位对象的通用机理控制模型,通过对几种控制方案的分析、研究与比较,选三冲量系统作为最佳控制方案,并着力研究三冲量系统的特点。
This paper has discussed the popular method of control and deeply analyzed the dynamic and static characteristics of the water level based on analyzing the main factors influencing the water level of drum.This paper begins with the balance of heat and substance of water in boiler's bubble and educes the universal mechanism controlling model to describe the water level of boiler and studies the character of control model of three pulse.Through an analysis of several kinds of control schemes,study and compare,select impulse three systems as the optimum control scheme,put forth effort to study the characteristic of impulse three systems.
