本文通过查找分析当前我国成人教育中普遍存在的教育质量问题,有针对性地提出相应的改革措施和解决途径。探索新时期成人教育发展的基本理论和应用,树立社会转型期所需要的成人教育新理念,并指导成人教育教学管理各环节的改革。根据查找的问题,具体制定解决问题的主要措施和对策,建立起较完备的成人教育教学质量体系。

This paper seeks to determine and solve the problemes commonly existing with the national adult education.It explores the basic theories of and their application to the derelopment of the adult education,establishes its new phylosophy necessary for a changing social environment.In accordance to the problems and the major countermeasures,it establishes a comparatively comprehensive adult education system.
