摘要
大豆黄酮在反刍动物生产中的应用主要体现在能够促生长、提高泌乳量、改善乳成分,提高其营养价值、增强机体免疫力及改善山羊绒毛质量等。作者综述了大豆黄酮的提取、来源、吸收、代谢及在反刍动物生产中的应用研究现状,为大豆黄酮在反刍动物生产中应用研究提供参考依据。
This paper laid out the research status of daidzein on extracting,source,absorption and metabolism,which application study in ruminant production.Daidzein is in ruminant production application,which is mainly to promote growth,increase milk yield,improve the milk composition and improve its nutritional value,enhance immunity and improve the quality of cashmere wool etc.The purpose of writing is providing reference information to application study on daidzein in ruminant production.
