摘要
通过因果图分析了曲轴在磨削过程中砂轮寿命短,加工质量不稳定的主要因素,在解决了砂轮的修整、定位中心孔与顶针的合理匹配和工艺优化等问题之后,取得了延长砂轮寿命、提高生产能力、提高加工质量和降低成本的效果。
Main factors that contributes to short life of wheels and unstable machining quality during crank shaft grinding are analysed using a cause -effect figure. After solving a series of problems including the modification of wheel,the reasonable matching for position fixed center hole and apex,and the optimization of processing,etc.,prolonged wheels,improved productivity,better machining quality and lower cost can be achieved.
