Research on the Enforcement of Cultural Cultivation in Military Schools in the New Situation

全军各院校在大力开展校园文化建设的同时,出现了急功近利、因循守旧、生搬硬套、形式主义等问题。针对如何加强军校校园文化建设这一问题,提出以人为本、乘势而为、开拓创新、长远发展等科学发展的观念,同时对这4种观念的理论基础和具体要求进行了阐述,从而为探索军校校园文化建设提供了新思路。

During the enforcement of the cultural cultivation program in military schools, some problems like sticking to the old way, paying too much attention to the final results begin to arise. The paper, based on the situations in cultural cultivation in military schools, is to raise some concepts of scientific development like based on people, long-term development, based on the realities, innovation and creativity and to analyze the basics and concrete requirements of these four concepts that offer new solutions for the exploration of cultural cultivation in military schools.
