With the end of the equity division reform,holistic listing is becoming a hot issue of the current capital market.This paper analysis the motivations of holistic listing and summarizes the basic patterns of holistic listing according to the existing cases of holistic listing.Moreover,it explains the characteristics analysis of Chinese group companies holistic listing in post equity division period.
