摘要
我国房地产业作为国民经济的支柱行业,其市场已经进入了品牌竞争阶段。本文从房地产开发商、消费者和社会三个角度论述了房地产开发中的品牌价值,阐述了实施品牌战略应采取的措施。
As the pillar industry of the National economy,the real estate market has entered into the brand competition stage.In this paper,we dissertate the brand value in the development of the real estate from the aspects of the developers,the consumers and the society,and elaborate the necessary measures to implement brand strategy.
