“路径转换式”企业蛙跳技术创新影响因素研究——基于动态机理分析视角 被引量:4

摘要 路径转换式技术创新自身的复杂性及其所面临环境的复杂性,决定了通过这种创新模式实现技术跨越的过程将受到诸多因素的影响。本文从动态视角探讨了路径转换式蛙跳技术创新的产生、跨越、实现三个阶段各影响因素间的内在联系,从而揭示出该创新模式的形成机理。通过分析可以看出,路径转换式蛙跳技术创新是一个连续动态的系统过程,该过程同样具有动态循环性,每一次创新活动的完成也意味着下一次创新活动的开始。创新周期的周而复始,使企业技术水平不断提升、进步,并实现跨越。 The complicacy of path-transforming technological innovation itself and its environment determines that there are many factors affecting the implementation procedure of technological leapfrogging. This paper probes into the affecting factors from three stages of formation, leaping and realization, so as to find the formation mechanism of leapfrogging technological innovation based on path- transforming. According to the analysis, we can see that this technical innovation model is a continuously dynamic system. It is also a circularly dynamic process:every accomplishment of innovative activity also means the beginning of the next innovation activity. Innovation cycles go around and around, keep enterprise's technical level constantly upgrading, progressing, and leaping forward.
