摘要
有效评价高校教师能力,能够激发教师工作热情,提高工作效能。本文将粗糙集方法引入高校教师能力评价研究中,建立了多目标的高校教师能力评价模型。高校教师能力评价模型的构建不仅可以帮助学校管理人员对教师进行评价,而且有利于教师以此为基准,不断学习和探索,提高自身综合能力,成为素质高,教学、科研能力强的优秀教师。
An effective appraisal of college teachers' competence can both motivate their enthusiasm in work and enhance their performance efficiency. This paper introduces rough set method to college teachers' competence appraisal and aims to establish a multi-objective competence appraisal model, which not only helps the managing staff to appraise the teachers, but benefits the teachers themselves to further their studies and researches and improve their capabilities in teaching and academic perforrnances.
