摘要
目的探讨帕利哌酮对精神分裂症患者的疗效及对血清中IL-1β和TNF-α的影响,以探讨其临床意义。方法选取158例精神分裂症患者,随机分为观察组(90例)与对照组(68例),观察组在常规治疗基础上加用帕利哌酮治疗,对照组应用常规治疗。IL-1β和TNF-α试剂合均购自安迪生物科技有限公司,应用酶联免疫吸附实验(EL ISA法)进行检测,于治疗前、治疗后观察血清中IL-1β和TNF-α的变化,比较其差异。结果治疗1,2,4,8周后观察组疗效明显优于对照组t值分别为2.3775、2.7594、3.0347和3.1969(P<0.05或0.01)。观察组与对照组在治疗后血清IL-1β和TNF-α的表达均较治疗前明显降低,但观察组治疗后的下降值明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论帕利哌酮对精神分裂症患者的疗效明显,对血清中IL-1β和TNF-α有重要的调节作用。
Objective To observe the effect and the expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α by Pailperidone in patients with schizophrenia,in order to explore the clinical treatment.Methods A total of 158 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group（68 cases） were treated by routine treatment,the observation group（90 cases） were treated by routine treatment and pailperidone.The effect and expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α were observed in the two groups.Results The effect were better in the observation group than that in the control group.The decreased expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α were obviously higher in the observation group.Conclusion The treatment effect of Paliperidone is satisfying in the clinical treatment.Paliperidone can regulate the expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α in patients with schizophrenia.
