护士职业倦怠与工作压力的相关研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的对护士的职业倦怠、工作压力情况做探讨,揭示压力对职业倦怠的影响。方法对唐山市3家医院的200名护士,运用护士职业倦怠量表和生活满意度量表进行调查,回收有效问卷168份。使用SPSS 11.5进行统计分析,主要的统计方法有描述分析,单因素方差分析,差异检验,相关分析。结果①护士的职业倦怠整体水平较高;②护士的年龄、人事关系等人口学变量对其职业倦怠水平的影响存在显著性差异(P<0.05);③护士的职业压力与职业倦怠有显著的相关(r=0.415,P<0.01)。结论唐山护士工作压力越大,职业倦怠水平越高。 Objective To discuss job stress and job burnout,then reveal the effects of job stress on job burnout.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out by using MBI-GS and Life Satisfactory Scale among 168 nurses that were randomly selected from 3 hospitals in Tangshan.The statistical software SPSS 11.5 was employed to enter and process the collected data.Statistical methods were descriptive analysis,single factor analysis of variance and correlation analysis.Results ①Burnout of nurses closed to the values at the more serious degree.②Demographic variables,such as physiological age and human relations were key factors resulting in the occupational fatigue among the nursing staff(P0.05).③The inear regression between the job stress and job burnout showed statistical significance(r=0.415,P0.01).Conclusion The higher the pressure nurses,the higher the level of job burnout in Tangshan.
