高中生人际信任与孤独感的相关研究

Study on the Relationship between Senior High School Students' Interpersonal Trust and Loneliness

目的研究高中生人际信任与孤独感的现状,探讨高中生人际信任和孤独感的关系。方法采用人际信任量表(ITS)和孤独感量表(UCLA)对237名高中生进行调查。结果①高中生人际信任水平偏低,ITS平均得分为(74.96±14.36);女生显著高于男生(t=-10.37,P<0.01);来自城镇学生的得分显著高于来自农村的学生(t=5.77,P<0.01);高二学生最高,高三学生最低,高一学生居中(M高二=82.06,M高三=60.07,M高一=77.82,P<0.01);②高中生孤独感水平较高,UCLA平均得分为(55.76±12.67);男生显著高于女生(t=7.72,P<0.01);来自农村学生的得分显著高于来自城镇的学生(t=-3.06,P<0.01);高三学生最高,高二学生最低,高一学生居中(M高三=65.03,M高二=51.27,M高一=54.04,P<0.01);③高中生孤独感与人际信任呈显著负相关(r=-0.76,P<0.01),其中孤独感与特殊信任呈负相关(r=-0.64,P<0.01),与普遍信任呈负相关(r=-0.73,P<0.01)。结论高中生人际信任和孤独感的现状不容乐观,应及时采取调控措施,提高人际信任水平,引导学生正确对待孤独感。

Objective To research the status of senior high school students＇ interpersonal trust and loneliness,and explore the relationship between senior high school students＇ interpersonal trust and their loneliness.Methods A total of 237 senior high school students were investigated by Interpersonal Trust Scale（ITS） and UCLA Loneliness Scale.Results ①Senior high school students had low levels of interpersonal trust,and the average score of ITS was（74.96±14.36）;the female students scored significantly higher than male students（t=-10.37,P0.01）;the urban students scored significantly higher than the rural students（t=5.77,P0.01）;second year high school students scored the highest（M=82.06）,third year high school students scored minimum（M=60.07）,first year high school students scored between them（M=77.82,P0.01）.②Senior high school students had high level of loneliness,and the average score of UCLA was（55.76±12.67）;the male students scored significantly higher than the female students（t=7.72,P0.01）;the rural students scored significantly higher than the urban students（t=-3.06,P0.01）;third year high school students scored highest（M=65.03）,second year high school students scored minimum（M=51.27）, first year high school students scored between them（M=54.04,P0.01）.③Significant negative correlations were found between interpersonal trust and loneliness（r=-0.76,P0.01）.Conclusion The situation of senior high school students＇ interpersonal trust and loneliness is not optimistic.we should take measures to raise the level of students＇ interpersonal trust and give guidance to students how to cope with the loneliness correctly.
