青少年自我意识、生活事件与心理危机特质的关系

Relationship among Adolescent Life Events,Self-consciousness and Their Mental Crisis.

目的探讨青少年自我意识、生活事件与心理危机之间的关系。方法采用自我意识量表、生活事件量表、危机脆弱性量表和自我压弹力量表对847名初高中学生调查。结果①自我意识与危机脆弱性呈显著负相关(r=-0.430,P≤0.01),与自我压弹力呈显著正相关(r=0.482,P≤0.01);青少年生活事件与危机脆弱性显著正相关(r=0.258,P≤0.01);②半数以上的青少年处理危机事件的能力处于良好范围,有8.8%的青少年危机处理能力非常脆弱;③自我意识能预测危机脆弱性26.3%的变异量,能预测自我压弹力33.6%的变异量;④生活事件对危机脆弱性能预测12.2%的变异量。结论青少年的自我意识和生活事件能较好地预测心理危机。

Objective To explore the relationship among adolescent mental crisis,their self-consciousness and life events.Methods Stratified sampling method was used to draw 847 middle school and senior school students in Guangzhou city;they were investigated with ASLEC,Self-consciousness Scale,Crisis Frangibility Scale and ER89.Results ①There was a significant positive correlation between adolescent life events and crisis frangibility（r=0.258,P≤0.01）.A remarkable negative correlation exited in adolescent self-consciousness and crisis frangibility（r=-0.430,P≤0.01）and a significant positive correlation exited in self-consciousness and self resiliency（r=0.482,P≤0.01）.②Half of the adolescent had the crisis frangibility,while 8.8% of them were not good.③ Self-consciousness could predict 26.3% of the crisis frangibility and 33.6% of self resiliency.④12.2% of the crisis frangibility was predicted by life events.Conclusion Mental crisis can be predicted by adolescent self-consciousness and life events.
