Study on the Status of College Student's Teacher-Student Relationship

摘要 目的考察高校师生关系状况,为构建和谐师生关系提供实证研究证据。方法采用屈智勇的《师生关系问卷》,进行适当修改,随机选取武汉市某高校350名大学生进行问卷调查法。结果大学生对师生关系的满意程度一般。在冲突性和支持性维度上,艺术类学生得分与文科和理工科学生有明显差异(F=4.82和3.88;P<0.01和0.05);在亲密性维度上,农村和大城市学生显著低于中小城市大学生(F=3.22;P<0.01),来自乡镇和农村大学生在冲突性维度上得分显著低于城市学生(F=6.14;P<0.001);在亲密性和支持性维度上,大四学生得分显著高于其他年级大学生(F=10.83和6.66;P<0.001和0.001),在冲突性维度上,大二和大四学生得分显著高于大一和大三学生(F=8.86;P<0.001);在亲密性、支持性维度上,学生干部得分显著高于一般大学生(F=5.64和3.73;P<0.01和0.05),在冲突性维度得分上,校院级学生干部显著高于班干和一般大学生(F=7.26;P<0.001);学业成绩90分以上者在支持性维度得分上显著低于其它学生(F=2.33;P<0.05),学业成绩不及格者在满意度上得分低于其它成绩者(F=1.14,P>0.05)。结论不同专业、地域、年级、学业成绩学生在师生关系的亲密性、支持性、冲突性、满意度等方面存在差异。 Objective To review the status of college teacher-student relationship and provide the empirical evidence in order to form harmonious college teacher-student relationship.Methods A total of 350 college students were investigated with Qu Zhiyong's Teacher-student Relationship Questionnaire.Results The college students felt that the teacher-student relationship was universal.The scores on the dimensions of conflict and support of teacher-student relationship were notable different among the art,humanity,science and engineering students(F=4.82,3.88;P0.01 or 0.05);the scores of the students who came from rural area and big cities were lower than those of the students who came from the middle and small cities(F=3.22;P0.01)on the dimension of friendliness of teacher-student relationship;the fourth grade college student's scores on the dimensions of friendliness and support of teacher-student relationship were highest in the all grades(F=10.8,6.66;P0.001);the second and fourth grade college student's scores on the dimension of conflict of teacher-student relationship were higher than thoset of the first and third grade college students(F=8.86;P0.001);the college student-cadres' scores on the dimensions of friendliness and support of teacher-student relationship were notablely higher than those of the common students(F=5.64 or 3.73;P0.01 or 0.05);the college and school student-cadres' scores on the dimension of conflict of teacher-student relationship were notablely higher than those of the class student-cadre and common students(F=7.26;P0.001);the status of teacher-student relationship was different in different school-work-achievement students(F=2.33;P0.05).Conclusion The status of teacher-student relationship is different in different group subjects,such as different area,major,grade,school-work achievement and so on.
