大学生自恋特质与成就动机的关系

Study on the Correlation between Narcissism and Achievement Motivation.

目的对大学生自恋状况及不同自恋类型与成就动机的关系进行研究。方法要求被试同时完成自恋人格问卷和成就动机问卷。结果①大学生显性自恋特质表现出显著的年级差异(F=2.692,P=0.031);隐性自恋水平表现出显著的性别差异(t=2.617,P=0.009);两种自恋类型都表现出显著的专业差异(F显性自恋=3.185,P=0.042;F隐性自恋=3.845,P=0.022);②显性自恋与追求成功动机显著正相关(r=0.374,P<0.01);隐性自恋与避免失败动机显著正相关(r=0.308,P<0.01);③显性自恋的权欲、优越感和自我钦羡对追求成功动机有显著的正向预测作用,隐性自恋总分对追求成功动机有显著的负向预测作用;隐性自恋的易感质维度对避免失败动机有显著的正向预测作用。结论不同的自恋类型有着不同的成就动机,可以通过了解个体的自恋特质来预测其成就动机。

Objective To investigate the relationship between types of narcissism and achievement motivations.Methods The colloge students were investigated with Narcissistic Scale and Incentives to Achievement Meter（AMS）.Results ①The overt narcissism of undergraduates showed a significant difference among different grades（F=2.692,P=0.031）;covert narcissism showed a significant difference in gender（t=2.617,P=0.009）.Both narcissistic personalities showed a significant difference among professions（F overt narcissism =3.185,P=0.042;F covert narcissism=3.845,P=0.022）.②Overt narcissism was positively correlated with the motivation of success（r=0.374,P0.01）;covert narcissism was positively correlated with the motivation to avoid failure（r=0.308,P0.01）.③ The most dimensions of overt narcissism had significantly positive prediction to the motivation of pursuing success.The score of covert narcissism had significantly negative prediction to the motivation of pursuing success.The sensibility dimension of covert narcissism had significantly positive prediction to the motivation of avoiding failure.Conclusion Different types of narcissism have different achivement motivations,we can predict people＇s achievement motivations by their narcissism.
