摘要
目的探讨心理健康教育讲座对大学生心理健康状况的影响,以便为在校大学生心理干预研究提供依据。方法选取某医学院校140名大学生,采用对照研究,75名作为实验组,另外65名作为对照组。实验组接受为期2个月的心理健康教育讲座干预,对照组不接受任何处理。干预前后进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)和人际关系综合诊断量表测查。结果干预后实验组在强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性、其他因子以及交谈行为、交际因子得分明显低于对照组(t=-2.370,-3.074,-2.293,-1.992,-1.583,-1.325,-3.309,-2.913,-1.986;P<0.05或P<0.01),干预后实验组的心理健康水平明显高于对照组(t=-2.552;P<0.05),人际困扰程度明显低于对照组(t=-2.466;P<0.05)。结论心理健康教育讲座可以有效改善大学生的心理健康状况。
Objective To study the effects of mental health education lectures on mental health of college students,and provide evidence for the psychological interventions among the college students.Methods A total of 140 college students were sampled and divided into experimental group and control group,then were tested by SCL-90 and Interpersonal Relation Scale.Results After the intervention,the SCL-90 total score,most factors score of SCL-90,interpersonal relation total score and most factors score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=-2.370,-3.074,-2.293,-1.992,-1.583,-1.325,-3.309,-2.913,-1.986;P0.05 or P0.01),mental health level of experimental group were significantly better than the control group(t=-2.552;P0.05),the extent of interpersonal relation were significantly lower than the control group(t=-2.446;P0.05).Conclusion The mental health education lectures could improve the mental health of the college students.
