水苦荬婆婆纳无性系建立的研究

摘要 为保护野生资源,实现人工栽培,以水苦荬婆婆纳嫩茎为材料,进行愈伤组织诱导和不定芽分化,试管苗生根、移栽和定植的研究,建立起无性系。结果证明:MS+BA0.4mg/L+NAA0.4mg/L+2,4-D1.2~1.6mg/L是愈伤组织诱导培养的理想培养基;MS+BA0.6mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+AgNO30.3mg/L是愈伤组织分化培养和不定芽分化增殖继代培养的理想培养基;1/3MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IAA0.3mg/L是试管苗生根培养和继代生根增殖培养的理想培养基。定植的试管苗保持了所有生物学性状,且长势旺盛。 In order to protect wild resources and realize artificial cultivation,the tender stems of Veronica anagallis-aquatixca were used as the material to research callus induction,adventitious buds differentiation,rooting,and transplanting of tube seedlings,and finally establish the clone of Veronica anagallis-aquatixca.The results show that the optimum medium for callus induction is MS+BA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L+2,4-D 1.2~1.6 mg/L.MS+BA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+AgNO3 0.3 mg/L is the optimum medium for callus and adventitious buds differentiation and proliferation of adventitious buds.1/3 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 0.3 mg/L is the optimum medium for tube seedlings rooting and subculture.Colonization of plantlets is maintained for all biological traits and grows strongly.
