摘要
住宅专项维修资金的管理可分成缴纳、转存、使用与续筹四个阶段,运用信托工具,在对各个阶段进行分析的基础上,明确住宅专项维修资金的信托行为、信托主体、信托客体、信托功能与效益,从而构建住宅专项维修资金的信托管理模式,以达到资金的专家管理、低风险、高安全、微成本、保值增值的目的。
The management of residential special maintenance fund can be divided into four stages: paid, conversion, use and raising, by using the trust instrument and based on the analysis of each stage, get clear knowledge of a housing special maintenance fund characters about trust behavior, trust principal, the trust object, trust features and benefits, then build housing trust management model of the special maintenance fund, in order to achieve the purpose of expert management of funds, low-risk, high security, micro-cost and increasing in value.
