当前服务业标准化发展现状及趋势研究

近年来,发达国家以及我国的高度重视服务业标准化。ISO已提出开展服务标准化工作的基本宗旨和国际指南;并呈现建立健全服务标准化的法律法规环境,确保服务标准的有效实施等趋势。我国及浙江省服务业标准化的良好政策环境已经形成,标准覆盖领域不断扩大。针对我国及我省目前服务业标准的总体水平偏低,部分标准内容简单,新兴、知识密集型服务业标准短缺等问题,建议以相关产业发展为依托,以目标市场为导向,加强服务业标准化科研工作,提高服务业标准的适用性和可操作性。

In recent years, developed countries, and China attaches great importance to service standardization. ISO has proposed to carry out the basic purpose of standardization of services and international Euidelines; and standardization of services rendered to establish a sound legal and regulatory environment to ensure the effective implementation of service standards and other trends. Standardization of services in Zhejian~ Province in China and a good policy environment has been formed, the standard coverage has been expanding. For our country and our province is currently low overall level, part of the standard content is s^mple, new, knowledge-intenslve service industry standards shortage and other issues, suggested that development of related industries as the basis, the target market-oriented, strengthening the service standard research to improve the service standards of suitability and operability.
