我国医院物业管理模式探讨

自上世纪90年代以来,住宅小区物业管理在我国各中小型城市得到了迅猛的发展,目前已经成为国民经济中极具活力的朝阳产业。但在发展过程中,物业管理产业出现了一些制约其发展的难点问题,如何才能破解难题,推动住宅小区物业管理科学、规范、健康、快速发展?本文拟就以上问题作初步探讨。

Logistic service started to become socialized and thus new patterns of property management emerged gradually, However, the different characteristics of regimens and hospitals induced different property management patterns, which exert good or bad effects on hospitals. This paper will research on this point deeply.
