摘要
文中计算了在垂向力、摩擦力以及垂向力和摩擦力联合作用下轮轨内部剪切应力的分布,研究了轴重、车轮踏面外形、车轮直径以及轮轨间摩擦系数对轮轨内部剪切应力的影响。并指出, 降低轴重, 采用磨耗形踏面, 增大车轮直径都可以降低轮轨内部的剪切应力, 以及随着轮轨间摩擦系数的增加, 轮轨内部剪切应力不仅其值在增大, 而且其位置也逐渐移向表面。
In this paper the distribution of wheel rail internal shearing stress is calculated for the conditions of the action of vertical force,the action of frictional force and the combined action of both.The influence on wheel rail internal shearing stress of axle load,profile of wheel tread,wheel diameter and friction coefficient between wheel and rail is investigated.The paper points out that reduction of axle load,use worn type tread and increse of wheel dimeter can reduce wheel rail internal shearing stress.It is also indicate that not only the value of this stress will increase with the increase of wheek rail friction coefficient but its location will move gradually forward the surface.
