摘要
跨国并购是企业提升国际竞争力的主要途径之一。从跨文化的视角分析了上汽并购双龙失败的原因,认为其失败的关键原因在于上汽对中韩国家文化差异、商业文化差异和双龙本身独特的企业文化认识不够。国内要进行海外并购的企业应该做好并购前的文化评估,提高管理者的跨文化意识,多学习借鉴其他先行者的经验,并把文化整合作为一项持续的工作来做。
Transnational MA is one of the main ways to promote enterprise's international competition ability.After the cross-cultural case study of SAIC acquiring SYMC,this paper thinks that the key reason for its failure is the incomplete understanding on the differences of national culture and commercial culture between China and South Korea,and the unique corporate culture of SYMC.Those domestic enterprises,who want to take transnational MA,should carry out culture assessment,cultivate managers' cross-cultural awareness,study and draw reference from the forerunner and take cultural integration a continuous work.
