在当前发展低碳经济的大潮下,河南既是一个资源大省,也是一个能耗大省,又处在工业化快速发展的时期,因此,发展低碳经济面临着能源需求增长与减排、重化工工业结构与高能耗、产业结构不合理等矛盾。解析这些矛盾,为河南发展低碳经济寻求出路。

In the current tide of low-carbon economy,Henan is not only a province which is rich in resources but also a large energy consumption province.In addition,it also is in a period of the rapid development of industrialization.So it must be faced with kinds of contradicts,such as growing energy demand and emissions,heavy chemical industry structure and high energy consumption,irrational industrial structure and so on.Only resolving these problems is the way of developing low-carbon economy in Henan.
