摘要
针对浇口位置及数量在气体辅助注塑成型加工中的重要性,笔者以42英寸PDP彩电前壳为例,利用Moldflow软件对其浇口位置和数量进行了数值模拟;在流动分析的基础上,通过3种方案的分析比较,对浇口系统进行了优化设计,优化后的设计可保证平衡填充及型腔的压力分布。
In view of the importance of gate location and quantity in molding process of gas-assisted injection plastic molding,42 inches PDP color front cabinet was taken as an example, the gate location and quantity of 42 inches PDP color front cabinet were simualted with moldflow software. Base on the filling analysis, the gating system was optimized through analysis and comparison of three schemes. The optimized design could ensure the filling balance of combined cavity and the uniform distribution of combined cavity pressure.
