产业生态学与循环经济的比较分析

A comparative analysis of industrial ecology and recycling economy

为了应对环境污染和资源短缺的问题,人类提出了可持续发展的战略,循环经济和产业生态学理论由此应运而生,并成为当今社会的热点问题。但由于两个概念理念相似,加之被频繁、反复地提出,很容易使两者相互混淆,两者的关系到底如何值得探讨。通过对两者进行分析比较,运用辩证法,得出结论:产业生态学是循环经济最坚实的基础,最有力的支撑,它的实践是实现循环经济的必要条件,而循环经济是对产业生态学内容的一次扩充和发展,是更好地实现产业生态学的新方法和新途径。

In response to environmental pollution and resource shortages,sustainable development strategy was proposed.Along with that,the recycling economy and industrial ecological theory came into being,and have presently become a hot social issue.Because these two concepts are similar and used frequently,it is easy to confuse them.So it is worthy exploring the relationship between them.This paper analyzed and compared them with dialectics.Industrial ecology is the most solid foundation for recycling economy and its practice is a necessary condition to achieve recycling economy;while recycling economy is the new methods and ways to achieve industrial ecology for it is an expansion and development of industrial ecology.
