摘要
目的:探讨居住区大气中酚类化合物的间隔流动化学分析方法。方法:空气中的酚类化合物被4 g/L氢氧化钠溶液吸收后,将样品溶液的pH值调至10直接进样,用间隔流动化学分析仪,测定其中的酚含量。结果:在浓度为0.25 mg/L~25 mg/L范围内呈线性关系r,≥0.999,方法的检出限为0.002 mg/L,相对偏差为1.0%~3.6%,加标回收率在98%~104%之间,每小时可分析20份样品。结论:间隔流动化学分析仪测定居住区大气中酚类化合物简单易行,精密度准确度好,特别适合大批量样品的测定。
Objective:To study segmented flow chemical analysis in the air of the residential areas.Methods:Phenolic compounds in the air are absorbed by 4 g/L sodium hydroxide solution,PH value of the sample solution adjusted to 10±0.2 and directly injection.Content of phenolic compounds is determined by segmented flow chemical analysis instrument.Results:The concentration of its linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.25 mg/L~25.0 mg/L,when it is r≥0.999,the detection limit is 0.002 mg/L,the relative deviation is 1.0%~3.6%,and the recovery rate is in the range of 98%~104%,20 samples can be analyzed every hour.Conclusion:It is very easy to measure phenolic compounds in the air of residential areas in segmented flow chemical analysis instrument,good precision and accuracy,especially for large quantities of samples.
