Report of detection of H5N1 RNA from leiothrix lutea clinical specimens in Lishi city

目的:检测丽水市红嘴相思鸟标本禽流感病毒。方法:荧光定量PCR方法检测禽流感病毒H5N1、H7和H9亚型核酸。结果:标本禽流感病毒H5N1核酸检测阳性,H7、H9亚型检测阴性。结论:冬春季是禽流感的多发季节。候鸟禽流感在本市存在。迁徙禽类禽流感的发生预示禽流感不再是某个区域的现象。

Objective：To detect of H5N1 RNA from Leiothrix lutea clinical specimens in Lishi city.Methods：The typing and sub-typing were detectioned according to H5N1 and H7 and H9 gene respectively,and the real-time PCR were used by these gene primers.Results：RNA samples positive for H5N1,and H7/H9 subtypes negative.Conclusion：Avian influenza in winter and spring is a common season.Presence of migratory birds of avian influenza in Lishi city.Migratory birds infected with avian influenza indicate the bird flu is no longer a regional phenomenon.
