质控金黄色葡萄球菌计数结果不确定度评定

Assessment on uncertainty of Staphylococcus aureus count in quality control

目的:评定质控金黄色葡萄球菌计数检测的不确定度,减少检测结果误差。方法:依据GB4789.10-2010,分析质控金黄色葡萄球菌计数结果的不确定度来源,并对检验结果取对数后评定其不确定度。结果:质控金黄色葡萄球菌含量为1.6×104～2.8×104 CFU/ml。本次实验的重复性限为1.27,复现性限为1.34。结论:不确定度的分析能有效掌握检测结果的可信程度和准确性。本次实验不确定度评定方法,也适合检测样品金黄色葡萄球菌计数结果的不确定度评定。

Objective：To assess uncertainty of Staphylococcus aureus count in the quality control inspection and reducing error.Methods：Analyzing source of the uncertainty of Staphylococcus aureus count in the quality control inspection result（according to GB4789.10-2010） and calculating the uncertainty of logarithm of the results.Results：The content of Staphylococcus aureus 1.6×104～2.8×104 CFU/ml in quality control.Repeatability limit of this experiment was 1.27,reproducibility limit was 1.34.Conclusion：The analysis can effectively ensure credibility and accuracy of the results.The method was also appropriate to the testing samples of uncertainty of Staphylococcus aureus count.
