海岛儿童呼吸道感染肺炎支原体检测的结果分析

Detection results analysis of children respiratory tract infection Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Islands

目的:了解海岛地区儿童呼吸道肺炎支原体(MP)感染的情况,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:对我院2008年2月～2010年1月2086例呼吸道感染儿童的咽拭子标本进行MP快速培养。结果:2086名呼吸道感染儿童MP培养阳性780例,总阳性率37.4%;不同疾病组MP的阳性率分布不同,其中肺炎组51.8%为最高;在不同年龄组中,>6岁组MP的阳性率44.7%为最高;MP阳性率有季节性差异,秋季45.5%为最高,春季23.8%为最低。结论:MP是海岛地区小儿肺炎的主要病原体,呼吸道感染所占的阳性率高于内地城市。对疑似MP感染患儿应尽早进行MP检测以取得好的治疗效果。

Objective：To understand islands district children respiratory tract Mycoplasma Pneumonia（MP） infection and offer the basis data for clinical treatment.Methods：From Febuary 2008 to January 2010,2086 pharyngeal samples of children with respiratory tract infection for MP detection were performed by rapid culture method.Results：Of the 2086 children with respiratory tract infection,780 were MP culture positive,the total positive rate was 37.4%;The positive rates of MP were different in the different disease groups,respectively pneumonia group＇s 51.8% was the highest;6 years old group＇s 44.7% was the highest positive rates in different old group;MP positive rates had seasonal differences,autumn was 45.5% was the highest,spring was 23.8% was the lowest.Conclusion：MP is a main etiological agent in children pneumonia in island and rates of respiratory tract infection was higher than cities in China.So we should test MP in time for suspition the children who infection for MP to take out good treatment result.
