XT1800i血液分析仪单核细胞增高的原因分析

The analysis of the reason that the XT1800i blood analyzer raising monocyte

目的:评估XT-1800i血液分析仪对单核细胞分类的可信度。方法:对XT-1800i血液分析仪提示有单核细胞增高(>10%)的标本进行手工涂片、瑞氏染色、显微镜油镜复检。结果:以手工涂片、染色显微镜油镜复检为金标准,XT-1800i血液分析仪对单核细胞分类的灵敏度为83.33%,特异性为77.65%。阳性预测值为30.97%,阴性预测值为97.48%。结论:对XT-1800i血液分析仪显示单核细胞增高的标本都应结合手工白细胞分类计数法进行复检。

Objective：Evaluating the credibility of XT-1800i blood analyzer for monocyte classification.Methods：Making smear,using Wright＇s staining and observing microscope＇s oil immersion lens as the recheck for all monocyte sample（10%）which classifying by XT-1800i blood analyzer.Results：Taking smear,Wright＇s staining and microscope＇s oil immersion lens methods as the measure,the sensitivity of XT-1800i blood analyzer for monocyte classification is 83.33% and the specificity is 77.65%.Its positive predictive value and negative predictive value is 30.97% and 97.48%.Conclusion：Using manual leukocyte classification counting method on all monocyte sample which classifying by XT-1800I blood analyzer.
